Take Action | Pocket Mala
Pocket Mala’s were created to simplify your meditation practice. If you are new to meditation this is the perfect tool to get you started. If you practice meditation regularly this tool gives you a shortened focused practice. It’s a mini mala - you can drop in your pocket, hook it on your bag or rearview mirror. Then when you need just 5 minutes to breathe - maybe before a big meeting, or to let go of your daily stress before walking in your door at home you can pull it out and re-center yourself.

Brown Zebra Jasper is known as the supreme nurturer. It provides comfort and security, stability and balance, and absorbs and transforms negative energy. It helps us avoid over-thinking and encourages us to just enjoy the experience of living.
This is a hand knotted pocket mala created with intention. Each knot tied between the beads was knotted with the affirmation of “I put action behind my goals every single day without fear”.
Mixed bronze and gold embellishments, 8mm beads, with an I love you charm.

How to use your Pocket Mala:
Hold your pocket mala with one hand.
Let it drape across your fingers so you can move it easily - holding the first bead between your thumb and middle finger.
Say your personal intention/affirmation OR the one the pocket mala was created with OR complete one full breath (inhale and exhale).
Move your fingers to the next bead, saying your words OR breathing in and out once per bead.
Finish at the last bead to complete your affirmations or breaths.
