We strive to keep our pricing both accessible and competitive. Sessions can be booked individually or as part of a discounted package — whatever works best for you and your goals.

Meet the Team

Yoga may have started my journey, but wellness is where I truly found home.
Over 20 years ago, I first stepped onto the mat looking for a workout — and I was quickly hooked by the strength, flexibility, and energy it gave me. But like many, it took time (and life!) for me to realize that yoga — and wellness — is so much more than physical movement.

That spark led me to dive deeper into holistic health, completing a yoga teacher training and immersing myself in the study of meditation, breathwork, functional movement, and recovery. Through that journey, I discovered a powerful sense of balance I didn’t know was possible — and a deep desire to help others feel the same.

Today, my approach to wellness blends mindful movement, mobility, strength, and nervous system regulation. Whether on the mat, in a private session, or out in nature, my goal is to help you connect more deeply with your body, calm your mind, and feel more resilient in everyday life.

My classes and sessions are strong, steady, and intentional — designed to help you feel what’s happening in your body and move through life with more ease, clarity, and strength.

Born and raised all across Costa Rica (yes — pretty much everywhere!), I’ve always been deeply connected to movement, nature, and living an active lifestyle. A lifelong athlete, I grew up playing fútbol, running trails, and soaking in the energy of the outdoors. In 2005, I moved to Philadelphia to be with my wife, Bri, while she finished school. After a few memorable (and freezing) winters, we knew it was time to head somewhere warmer. In 2012, we moved to South Florida — close to Costa Rica and perfect for staying active outdoors year-round.

Health, fitness, and performance have always been a central part of my life. From soccer and beach volleyball to strength training and endurance work, I’ve always pushed to grow physically and mentally. In 2014, with a little nudge from Bri, I officially began practicing yoga — originally to complement my athletic training. But what began as a tool for balance quickly became a foundation for recovery, mobility, and overall well-being.

In 2017, I completed my first yoga teacher training and expanded my focus to include functional movement, mobility work, strength training, and recovery practices. Today, I work with a variety of clients — from everyday movers to competitive athletes — using an integrated approach that blends yoga, bodyweight and resistance training, mobility, and breathwork. My goal is to help improve performance, reduce recovery time, and build a strong, resilient body that feels just as good as it performs.

Most recently, we’ve relocated once again — this time to South Dakota, trading beaches for big skies and wide-open space. The landscape has changed, but the mission stays the same: to help others move better, feel stronger, and live healthier, more intentional lives.

In my sessions and classes, expect a full-body experience: focused, functional movement paired with intention, mindfulness, and a bit of challenge. Whether you're an athlete looking to level up or someone simply wanting to feel better in your body — I’m here to help guide the way.
