All items are final sale. If your item arrives broken or breaks within one week of purchase we will replace it (with same or similar valued item as many pieces are one of kind). Please Note: we do our best to provide quality hand-crafted jewelry. However, because our items are made by hand and the material we use can be delicate or in the case of beads, in a raw formation, minor imperfections are inevitable. We do not refund or exchange items for minor imperfections, but we would never send any item that wasn’t up to our standards.

If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be re shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
